What is affiliate marketing?
Affiliate marketing is a type of performance-based marketing in which a business (LCN USA) rewards one or more affiliates (Nail Technician/Salon) for each visitor or retail customer brought by the affiliate's own marketing efforts.
Why should I sign up?
Have you heard the motto "retail should pay your rent"? Many salons strive for 10% retail goals – that's 10% of service dollars. But retailing is tough, particularly if you're a chair renter. But now there's a solution!We are taking the pressure of retailing off of you. With our new Affiliate program, adding additional income is easy! How does it work? As an Affiliate, you get to offer your clients great home care retail product with a discount and you get a portion of the sale.
How do I sign up?

Through our partnership with ReferralCandy, an affiliate marketing company, the LCN USA Affiliate Program has technology that will allow you to track any sales your referred clients make on LCNBoutique.com and earn commissions on the LCNBoutique.com purchases that you generate through your links.
How will LCN USA communicate with me?
What if my client purchased product but I didn’t see a reward?
If you believe your client made a purchase with your link and you have not seen the activity, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and give us the email address of your client. We will research purchases and let you know if a purchase was successful and product was not returned. Affiliate rewards are given 45 days after a successful sale.
If I become an Affiliate, will I still be able to retail products to my clients at my salon?
Of course! This program is designed to support those beauty professionals who either aren’t interested in or able to purchase products for their retail shelves. If your client has a special product need and you do not stock it for retail sale, you can give them your affiliate link to make the purchase online and still benefit from the sale!
How long do I get credit for my referrals?
Once your client uses your link to make a purchase on LCNBoutique.com, a cookie is dropped on the device that is used. As long as the client does not permanently clear cookies on that device, that client’s future purchases will be linked to you, the affiliate.
What if I delete my original invite email? How do I see my rewards page?
Go to http://lcnboutique.refr.cc. This will take you to your page that features your personal affiliate link. In the top right corner click on "Your rewards". This will take you to a login page. Once you login, you will see your rewards page.
When will I get paid?
Your payment for LCNBoutique.com sales will come 45 days after your first LCNBoutique.com sale (for example, for sales that post in January, you will be paid in mid-March).

When will LCN USA orders post to my affiliate account?
The LCN USA Affiliate Program offers near-real-time reporting where affiliates can view sales/orders that have been placed. Please note that payments may vary from affiliate reporting due to cancellations, returns, and removal of fraudulent orders.
What happens if I don’t have a PayPal account?
Our affiliate provider sends cash referral rewards to your PayPal account. In the event that you do not have a PayPal account, you will need to establish one. You will still be able to claim the cash referral reward in the following manner:

How does the Affiliate Program account for returns or cancellations?
Referred purchases will only count toward rewards after a period of 45 days. This allows for a client to return purchases within our 30 day return period. Invoices will be modified to reflect any returned and credited product.
Will I earn commissions on qualifying orders placed through mobile phone?
Yes. LCN USA pays commissions on qualifying orders placed through mobile phones and apps, and when a customer goes through an approved tracking link.
